Lilóra reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of this agreement or service at any time. Updated versions will be posted online with a visible revision date. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You agree to provide accurate and current registration information. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from submitting personal data on our site. Users aged 13–17 must participate under parental or guardian supervision. Unless explicitly stated, Lilóra's products are for sale and usage within the UK and EU. Orders shipped outside these regions may be subject to different terms or limitations.

- Post defamatory or illegal content;

5. Product Guarantee & Return Policy
Lilóra offers a 45-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date (shipping charges not refundable). To request a refund or replacement:
- Returns must be made with proof of purchase and completed return form.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing can take up to 4–6 weeks from receipt.
- Promotional or gift items may only be exchanged for items of equal value.
- Returns of products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold products are not eligible for the guarantee.
If a product is received defective or with damaged packaging, contact Lilóra customer service with order details; a replacement or credit will be issued on validation.
6. Shipping Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery timelines vary based on region:
- Mainland UK: 1–2 days
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2–3 days
- EU countries: 3–6 days
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Lilóra does not currently offer free shipping.
7. Optional Add-On Products Policy
If Lilóra offers consultation or professional advisor codes, related promotional terms or code-specific policies will be detailed separately. These will override general terms where applicable.
8. Liability Waiver & Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilóra excludes liability for product misuse, allergic reactions, or incidents due to shipping delay. Any disputes between customers and Lilóra will be handled through negotiation or binding arbitration under UK law. Users waive any right to a jury trial.
